Nicaragua Bonanza


Sabio, the coffee virtuosos of Nicaragua, drum up perfection in every cup. Their vertically integrated operation orchestrates the production, processing, and export of specialty coffee, cultivated right on their farms. Their coffee process starts with the cherry selection, closely followed by floating, de-pulping, and fermentation in open tanks. Further washing and sun-drying for 12 days, along with 10 weeks of resting before hulling.
